Fun with my Cousin!

Murphy's cousin, Allie Harris was visiting this weekend and they had so much fun playing, going to the pool, and riding side by side in their strollers! Here they are playing at DeeDee's house! Here is a really sweet pic of Allie Harris! I loved holding her- she is so light! What a little sweetie!
Murphy and Daddy in the baby pool! DeeDee took some pics of both babies at the pool, so I'll post those when I get them! Murphy really liked it even though it was pretty cold!

Ba Ba

Our Big Turkey!

We have some good news- Murph is off of the liquid iron! We went to the doctor today for his iron check and he had made a lot of improvement. We also had them check his weight and he is 21 pounds. (Yes, you read that right!:) What a big ole turkey!!! "Hey guys, look at my balloon from Party City!"
"Daddy, I need that right now and I will twist out of your arms if I have to!"
This is a great shot of the top teeth- we will be ready for a steak in no time!!!
The stance again- he has to have a wide base to hold all that weight up top!
He played with this balloon all day long!!! We couldn't find a WonderPets balloon, so we went with the next best thing- The Backyardigans!

Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day! We had a great one! Here is a family photo after lunch today! (The apron Murphy is wearing was Big Will's! It really showcases those fat turkey legs-too bad it doesn't really show in the pic!:) A shot of Murph and all of his girls- LinLin, Mommy, and DeeDee!
This is from the other day- He really wants to crawl and is getting up on all fours and rocking a lot, and then-splat!! He is still a rolling machine and gets where he wants to be, so he's happy anyway!:)

And, we're up! We have to move the mattress down THIS week!!!
We have always thought that Murph takes after his Aunt Abby- bubbly personality, never meets a stranger, is quite brave and high-energy, etc., but he takes it to a whole new level here! If we had let him stay in that position too long he would have been in a full split! (For those of you who don't know, Abby is a great gymnast and cheered for Ole Miss!:)
My favorite part of the day today- he wore himself out and fell asleep on my shoulder. This is a rare occurrence for him! What a great mother's day gift!
