Tacky Christmas Party and Murphy's Weekend in Nashville!

Last night we went to a "Tacky Christmas Party". We had so much fun! Here we are in our festive attire! Angie, I hope you appreciate our get-ups! And I quote, "Festivity should never be displayed via sweater set!"-Angie Penner Julie, Margaret, Anne, Me, and Veazey

We are so glad "Santa" a.k.a. Davis could make the party. He almost got arrested at CVS pre-party. Evidently just before he walked in another Santa had robbed the CVS down the road. They thought he was there to rob them and kicked him out!

Last weekend Murphy went to stay with LinLin, or "NeNe" as he now calls her. Here he is snoozing on the way to Nashville.

Here is Murphy modeling his Santa Suit for us! He decided the hat was messing up his hair! haha:) We went to visit Gramps. Murphy likes reading to him!

Murphy really enjoys riding the carousel at the mall! Mommy doesn't enjoy it as much- there is no seatbelt, so I get very dizzy walking alongside!

15 Month Check-up!

Murphy had his 15 month check-up and immunizations this morning. He did really well, even though he remembered that it is not fun to go to the doctor!:) He has had a big growth spurt from his 12 month stats! Here they are: weight-24 lbs. 6 oz. (47%) height-30.4 in. (25%) and head circumfrence-49cm (91%) At 12 months, he was 41% in weight and only 5% in height! We are excited about the growth, especially in height!!!!

We have not been up to much since getting home from the beach. We went to Nashville last weekend for my high school girls christmas party at Heather's. I had so much fun catching up with friends. Other than that, we have just been trying to get ready for Christmas! We are going to try to see Santa later this week!
