Happy Mother's Day! We had a great one! Here is a family photo after lunch today! (The apron Murphy is wearing was Big Will's! It really showcases those fat turkey legs-too bad it doesn't really show in the pic!:)

This is from the other day- He really wants to crawl and is getting up on all fours and rocking a lot, and then-splat!! He is still a rolling machine and gets where he wants to be, so he's happy anyway!:)
Peeking over the bumper pads in his crib- a fun new trick!
And, we're up! We have to move the mattress down THIS week!!!
We have always thought that Murph takes after his Aunt Abby- bubbly personality, never meets a stranger, is quite brave and high-energy, etc., but he takes it to a whole new level here! If we had let him stay in that position too long he would have been in a full split! (For those of you who don't know, Abby is a great gymnast and cheered for Ole Miss!:)
My favorite part of the day today- he wore himself out and fell asleep on my shoulder. This is a rare occurrence for him! What a great mother's day gift!

Happy Mother's Day, Meghan!! The pictures are all adorable. It looks like it was fun.
I intended to call & tell you happy mother's day but got caught up in an impromptu kitchen painting project that lasted later into the night than we had expected! Hope you had a wonderful first mother's day. You guys will have to come over soon--you won't believe the house transformation! (And Murph can terrorize the kitties :)
